Among the reasons are because they are so portable, they are considerably less expensive than larger computers, they use less power and require less cooling while still providing great performance, they are very user friendly, they are environmentally friendly, they are quiet and they can be very stylish as they come in bright colors just like some cell phones. Small laptops are actually being compared to cell phones as you have the same chatting capabilities and you also have an added feature – and that is video capabilities. It is no wonder that these laptops are gaining in popularity.
A few important questions to ask yourself before you make your purchase are: what screen size and keyboard size will you need, how much memory will you need and how much are you willing to pay?
